was founded by Mirna Pérez Piris a consultant and professional certified leadership coach. The firm focuses on the development of top talent leaders, working with a selected group of multinational businesses, committed in strengthening their leaders’ capabilities. The company addresses critical leadership proficiencies in higher and medium level positions in the organizations.

Mirna is an accomplished leadership consultant who has successfully worked with senior executives and high potential leaders in multinational business environments. Her work is founded on energetic insight, strong leadership qualities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Mirna offers leadership and executive coaching to clients in the United States, Latin America, Central America and the Caribbean.

Mirna is an experienced speaker on topics including coaching, leadership, diversity and inclusion, ethics and resilience. She is the author of the book “El Arte de Ser Coach y Algo Más…” (In English “The Art of Being a Coach and Something Else”), Editorial Trillas. She taught the course “Coaching: An Effective Tool for the Human Development” as part of the Master Program in Human Development at the Iberoamericana University, Mexico City and the course “Ethics and the Coaching Profession”, as part of the Human and Organizational Development Master Program in the Universidad de Londres, in Mexico City.

Based in Mexico City, Mirna’s work experience has granted her extensive cross-cultural knowledge. She is fluent in English and Spanish, and offers coaching services in both languages. Mirna will travel as necessary to meet client´s needs.

As a contribution and commitment to the coaching profession, Mirna actively cooperates with the International Coach Federation, with the purpose of sharing knowledge about coaching. Since 2006 she has been collaborating with the International Coach Federation.

  • 2019 - 2016, has taught Webinars in Latin America on the topic of Ethics and the Coaching Profession and has collaborated with the ICF in the revision of the ICF Code of Ethics.
  • 2019, collaborated with ACTO (Association of Coach Training Organizations) in the revision of the Code of Ethics.

The purpose of this book is to disseminate the knowledge of coaching among the general public, companies, organizations and human resources personnel who are interested in hiring an external coaching program or creating an effective coaching process, in order to support their decisions, from a well-informed frame of reference about the market, the offer and coaching services.

Coaching techniques can be applied to promote individual talent or for skill development to facilitate attaining results in the corporate environment, where coaching focuses on enhancing leadership development, communication, time management, professional and personal elements that directly influence the business results.

The author describes personal communication skills and abilities, active listening, commitments, achievement orientation, etc., that a coach must possess, explains what the coaching process is and how to ensure its success, and analyzes the impact of coaching on people, and why professional ethics and responsibility in the coach-coachee interaction is important, among other issues.
